Public Comments on the SB 226 CEQA Guidelines Update
The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research wishes to thank all of those that submitted written comments and participated in the public workshops held in late February 2012. We received input from a broad range of interested stakeholders. Many of the comments submitted during the review period were thoughtful and constructive, and will contribute significantly to an improved draft of the Guidelines proposal. OPR is now reviewing and considering all comments received. A revised proposal will be released for additional review this spring.
