The Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) has updated the General Plan Guidelines to include revised guidance on Environmental Justice (EJ) in response to Senate Bill 1000 (Leyva, 2016). The resource, along with an accompanying example policy language document and set of EJ case studies, may be found at OPR's general plan guidelines page.
The webinar will give three perspectives on how local jurisdictions update their EJ Element of their General Plan. This is the second in a series of EJ-related webinars.
