The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) will host an Annual Progress Report (APR) webinar on January 20, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. During the webinar, OPR and HCD staff will present APR requirements and guidance and answer questions to assist local governments in preparing their General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Reports due April 1, 2022.
