The American Society for Adaptation Professionals, in partnership with the California Adaptation Forum, is launching its first Regional Adaptation Leadership Award (RALA) competition at the California Adaptation Forum. 2016 California Jurisdictions Addressing Climate Change Summary is now available 03-17-2016
The Governorís Office of Planning and Research (OPR) prepared a list of plans and initiatives adopted by California Jurisdictions (2016 California Jurisdictions Addressing Climate Change Summary PDF and EXCEL and Summary Graphs PDF) to address climate change. This information is from OPR's 2012 and 2013 Annual Planning Survey and augmented with personal interviews in 2016. A public review process took place in February 2016 to provide an opportunity for input. This list will be updated again in summer 2016.
