The Extreme Heat and Community Resilience Grant Round 1 Draft Guidelines incorporate feedback the public shared during listening sessions and workshops. The public comment period is another opportunity to provide input on the Grant. ICARP staff are hosting four public workshops. To register for a session, visit the “Timeline” section of the Extreme Heat and Community Resilience Program webpage, or use one of the links below.

For your public comment to be considered, email your comment icarp.grants@opr.ca.gov no later than December 7, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.

By Winter 2024, the OPR staff will publish the final guidelines online after incorporating the feedback from public comments.
