The Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program (ICARP) team is excited to invite public comment on draft guidelines for the second round of funding through the Adaptation Planning Grant. Please provide public comment by 5 p.m. on February 2, 2024.
Draft Adaptation Planning Grant Round 2 Guidelines
ICARP staff will host and record public workshops to gather feedback on the draft guidelines:
Give public comment during the workshops, via email to icarp.grants@opr.ca.gov, or by mail to “Office of Planning and Research, 1400 10th St, Sacramento, CA 95814.” We will accept public comment through February 2 at 5:00p.m.
OPR staff will publish the Final Guidelines, Notice of Funding Availability, and Application forms online in February. We anticipate the application window will be mid February 2024 – mid May 2024.
