SB 103 Higher Education Eligibility Study INVITATION TO BID

The Governorís Office of Planning and Research releases an Invitation to Bid for the SB 103 Higher Education Eligibility Study. Bids must be submitted to OPR by March 4, 2016. See attached Invitation to Bid for more information.

A draft RFP is available for review and will be discussed at the meeting.

The Governorís Office of Planning and Research (OPR) is holding a RFP Discussion Meeting for the SB 103 Workgroup.

SB 103 requires that OPR administer a study to evaluate the admissions policies used by the University of California and California State University and determine the number of students eligible for admission to each of these institutions of postsecondary education. The workgroup will help to consider the overall approach to the study.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the RFP for the eligibility study.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at OPR in room 202 from 1pm-4pm. If you are unable to attend in person you may call: 866-640-4044 access code: 622248
